Will I be able to track my package?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail and/or SMS notification. Another e-mail and/or SMS notification will be sent to you once your order is available for pick up. Please note that unfortunately, we are unable to provide a tracking number for this shipping method.
How will I know when my order be ready for pick-up?
Orders will are be ready in 1-2 business days. You will receive an e-mail, and/or SMS notification letting you know once your order is available for pick up.
What do I need to do to pick up my order?
Please bring your email and/or SMS order confirmation, or pick up notification along with government-issued photo ID. Examples of the photo ID are listed below:
Driver’s License
Passport
Certificate of Citizenship (with photo)
Permanent Resident Card
Certificate of Indian Status issued with photo
Provincial Heath Card (with photo)
Government Issued Photo Card
Who can pick up my order?
Only the recipient who is listed on the package will be authorized to pick up the order. You will need to provide a valid photo ID, along with proof of your order confirmation, or order number available for pick up notification at the time of pick up.
Where do I go to pick up my order?
Once you arrive to the store, please visit the cash desk and let the store staff know you are there to pick up your order.
What are the business hours for store pick up?
You can refer to your order confirmation e-mail, or pick up notification for store hours, or visit our store business hours page here.
What if I need to return an item(s) in my order that was shipped to a store?
Orders made online at urban-planet.com are valid for exchange, refund within 30 days of the purchase date. Items returned in-store are valid for exchange or refund. Items returned online are valid for refund only. Please see our full return policy details here.
Who can I contact if I do not receive a confirmation that my order is ready to pick up?
If you have not received an e-mail and/or SMS notification after 7 business days for the date your order was shipped, please reach out to our customer service at 5145698333
How long will you keep my order in store for pick up?
We will hold your order for 10 days after it has arrived in store. If you do not pick up your order after 7 days of it being received in-store, a member of our customer service team will reach out to you as a reminder, and to confirm that you still would like your order. After our team reaches out, we will hold your order for another 3 days.
If the order is not picked up after 10 days, it will be cancelled and payment will be refunded.
When will I be charged for my order?
You will be charged for your order once it is placed online.
Can I ship my order to a US store?
Unfortunately, Ship to store is available in a Canadian store only.
Can I select to ship certain items to one store, and have other items shipped to a different store?
Only 1 shipment to store location can be selected per order at this time.
